Brief Description

Working Principle

The vibrator is mounted on the side plate of the screen box of the sieving machine, and the motor rotates the eccentric block of the exciter at a high speed via a V-belt. The running eccentric block generates a large centrifugal inertial force, forcing the screen box to generate a circular motion of a certain amplitude, tilting The material on the screen surface is subjected to a continuous throwing motion under the impulse transmitted by the screen box. In the process, the particulate material smaller than the sieve hole is sieved through the screen to achieve the purpose of classification. The adjustment of the screen inclination can be achieved by changing the height of the spring support position.
